Personal Trainer

My goal as a personal trainer is to help people have access to the knowledge and importance of how strong their bodies can become. I enjoy working with individuals who are driven and ready to learn how to train their body to function at its best. I can help you understand how your body moves, compensations, weakness, as well as acknowledging our strengths. I have in depth experience working with physical therapists to understand the rehab process for pre and post-op patients, as well as preventative rehab for existing injuries. I will help you strengthen your body from the foundation up!

PERSONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS: 

I have hiked Rim to Rim to Rim (53 miles) in the Grand Canyon, ran a marathon in Missoula, and enjoy setting and learning new goals!

  • BS in Exercise Science, Minor in Chemistry at Northern Arizona University

  • ACE Certified Personal Trainer since 2019 

  • PWR! Moves Certified 

  • CPR Certified 

AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION

  • pre/post-op strengthening and recovering, injury prevention and rehabilitation

  • Training older adults who wish to regain or maintain their youth through strength and stability training 

  • Increasing athleticism through speed, power, agility, and mobility for athletes 

  • Core stability training, strengthening our body starting at the foundation to ensure our body is ready to take on any challenge

  • Finding areas of weakness and compensation in the body during everyday functional movements 

Hobbies and Interests: 

  • When I am not at the gym, you can find me playing soccer, hiking, camping, paddleboarding and doing everything Bend has to offer! Please shoot me a message or say hello at the gym!
