Three separate areas house over 40 pieces of cardiovascular training equipment, from treadmills, bikes and steppers to the latest in elliptical (Precor) trainers.

Mind/Body Studio

Weight Room

Staffed by our certified trainers, there's enough free weights and Cybex equipment to cover all ranges of experience.

Our Group Exercise has a variety of classes to choose from.

Indoor Swimming Pool

Open year-round, our indoor swimming facilities are fully featured with four swimming lanes, a recreational area, hot tub, steam room, sauna and more.

Outdoor Pool

Our outdoor aquatic facilities are open during the summer months and feature their own locker rooms, a kiddie pool, a hot tub, and plenty of lounge chairs to soak up the Central Oregon sunshine.

Indoor Track
