Emily Nordquist

PERSONAL TRAINER

After working in the health food industry for 7 years, I changed careers to work more closely with individuals. My belief is that we are given this earthly body and it is our job to take care of it, both physically and mentally. Movement allows this connection between body and mind, and provides an outlet for the daily stresses of life. My focus is to help all clients feel strong and able in their bodies, and to build patterns that help them stay fit for life. It’s important to find what type of movement a person enjoys and create positive habits they can adhere to.
