ACB Camp Cancellation Policy 

 Any camp cancellations made after May 31, 2026 will incur a $50.00 cancellation fee. This will be deducted from refunds for non-members and placed on accounts for members who have not already paid. 

 Camp cancellations made 7 days or more to the start date of the camp are eligible for a full refund (minus the cancellation fee). 

 Camp cancellations made 6 days or less to the start date of the camp are not eligible for a refund. 

 Only under extreme circumstances will cancellation and refund exceptions be made. 

 Camp participants who are dismissed from camp for unsafe behaviors will not be eligible for a refund.
