Manager On Duty 

Job Description: 

We are looking for a part-time weekend Manager On Duty. The Manager On Duty will be the point of contact for employee needs, daily club operations, and more. 

The ideal candidate will be a great team-player, self-sufficient, proactive, and have great leadership skills. A customer oriented approach to work is essential. This position is for a minimum of 2 shifts per week, 5-6 hours each, with opportunities for more hours when subs are needed for other managers.

Responsibilities: 

-Overseeing club operations during assigned shift
-Being available to employees at all times via phone and email
-Consistently checking on each department
-Assisting other departments in their duties when needed
-Occasional club tours for prospective members
-Opening of club (if on opening shift)
-Closing of club (if on closing shift) 

Requirements: 

-Weekend, morning, and evening availability
-Strong communication and people skills
-Customer service oriented
-Strong leadership skills
