Kids PowerPlay

This fun filled group fitness class is designed to get your bodies moving and improving health. Calling all Kindergartners through 5th grade to join in the fun. Kids Power Play will focus on cardio, agility, balance and overall conditioning all done through drills, activities and games.

Parents/guardians are required to sign kids into Kids Power Play class and encouraged to make reservations in Kids in Action for after class. Parents are required to stay on the premises.

Tuesday and Thursday, Main Gym 4pm-5pm

Cost: FREE for children on family membership / $10 per class Non-members 

Middle School - Youth Conditioning - Movement 360

A cardio, agility, strength conditioning program that incorporates body weight and equipment training and sports and agility focused movement. This program is designed for kids to learn how to use their bodies and enjoy being active. Designed for youth Middle School, 6th-8th grades. 

Monday, Tuesday & Thursday 4:15 - 5pm - Main Gym (Half Court)

Cost: FREE for children on family membership / $10 per class Non-members

Youth Bliss

Come dance your way to fitness in this high-energy class for kids 9 plus years of age.  We'll be movin' and groovin' to the latest pop, hip-hop, country and latin tunes while learning super fun dance moves!  No need to register, come ready to dance. 

Wednesday 3:15 - 4pm - GroupEx Studio (Downstairs)

Youth Mountain Bike Program

This program is designed for co-ed youth riders, this program will quickly enhance your skills and endurance and get you riding with some great trails and your friends! Meet up every Tuesday and twice a month on Saturday morning. Gear up and hit the trails of Phil’s, Wanoga, Maston, and more ride in a fun supportive environment, come ready to ride, push boundaries and meet new friends. Everyone in the program will need to complete a participant waiver.


September 11th - October 29th - 4:00pm - 6:15pm


September 14th & 28th - 9am - 11:15am

October 5th & 19th - 9am - 11:15am

Be at the club no later than 9am ready to ride, with bike, helmet, proper shoes, water bottle or hydration pack, snack and a attitude for adventure. Some days the ride may go longer and offsite, you will be notified in advance about different meeting locations.


Experience: Must have previous trail riding experience; comfortable riding uphill and downhill for more than 90 minutes.

Bicycles: Generally most XC / Trail / All-Mountain Mountain Bikes with gears and 26″ Wheels or larger work for these rides. No singlespeeds, coaster brakes, BMX or Cyclocross bikes.

Age 9-15

Bring a snack, water, proper riding gear, helmet and clothing for trail-riding


Athletic Club of Bend Members: $165 for the two month session, drop in price $25

Non-members: $225 for the two month session, drop in price $40
