Administrative Assistant/membership services
The Athletic Club of Bend is seeking qualified applicants for an Administrative Assistant in our Administration office. The ideal applicant will have the following job experience and skills:
Customer service, preferably in a membership setting
Strong communication skills
Organized and detail oriented
Administrative assistant experience
Office skills & computer proficiency in Word/Excel
Data entry experience
Accounting knowledge and basic banking skills
The ability to work well in a team setting and independently
Newsletter and basic social media experience preferred
The position will be approximately 35-40 hours per week. Monday to Friday daytime availability required.
