Starting September 19th ACB Youth Group Fitness:

Monday 3:30pm-4:15pm - Youth XFusion - Gym

A strength and conditioning program that combines movements that require skill, balance, agility, strength and power for a challenging and intense workout. Designed for youth ages 10 plus years of age.

Cost: FREE for children on family membership / $10 per class Non-members  

Tuesday 3:30pm-4:15pm - Youth Bliss Kids - GEX Studio (downstairs)

Come dance your way to fitness in this high-energy class for kids 10 plus years of age.  We'll be movin' and groovin' to the latest pop, hip-hop, country and latin tunes while learning super fun dance moves!  No need to register, come ready to dance. 

Cost: FREE for children on family membership / $10 per class Non-members

Thursday 3:30pm-4:15pm - Youth Yoga - Mind/Body Studio (upstairs)

New and improved! Based on our Yoga tree class structure, students will explore the all styles of Yoga sequences, Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin/Restorative to strengthen the body and mind; while increasing flexibility, coordination and grace. This practice will help the body become strong and “bounce back” or recover from injuries better. 

Cost: FREE for Members / $10 per class Non-members (Must arrive with a parent to attend)

Friday 3:30pm-4:15pm - Youth Cycling - Cycling Studio

Great cardio training designed to improve general fitness and conditioning. This class is designed for youth, and the instructor will assist all participants with bike set up and fitting. 

Cost: FREE for Members / $10 per class Non-members (Must arrive with a parent to attend)

Wednesday 2:30pm-3:15pm - ACB Yoga Tree Sapling 5-9 years of age - Mind/Body Studio (upstairs)

New and improved! Designed to help children establish solid roots for a lifetime of yoga, this fun, structured practice teaches children a variety of poses based on Sun Salutations A, B and C while exploring breath work, deep relaxation and visualization techniques to calm their bodies. Each class offers a structured, supportive environment for young yogi’s to begin or advance their yoga practice.
