ACB Youth Group Fitness

Monday - 3:45pm-4:30pm - Youth XFusion - Gym

A strength and conditioning program that combines movements that require skill, balance, agility, strength and power for a challenging and intense workout. Designed for youth ages 10 plus years of age.

Cost: FREE for children on family membership / $10 per class Non-members   

WEDNESDAY 2:30PM-3:15PM -ACB YOGA TREE SAPLING(5-9 YEARS OF AGE) - MIND/BODY STUDIO (UPSTAIRS)

New and improved! Designed to help children establish solid roots for a lifetime of yoga, this fun, structured practice teaches children a variety of poses based on Sun Salutations A, B and C while exploring breath work, deep relaxation and visualization techniques to calm their bodies. Each class offers a structured, supportive enviroment for young yogi's to begin or advance their yoga practice.

Cost: FREE for children on family membership / $10 per class Non-members(Must arrive with a parent to attend.)

Friday 3:45pm-4:305pm - Youth Cycling - Cycling Studio

Great cardio training designed to improve general fitness and conditioning. This class is designed for youth, and the instructor will assist all participants with bike set up and fitting. 

Cost: FREE for Members / $10 per class Non-members (Must arrive with a parent to attend)
