Winter Break Explorer Camp
Happy Holidays! The first week of break we will prepare for all the holiday cheer with jolly songs, silly skits, winter crafts, interactive games, and daily swim time in our newly renovated indoor pool. Week two is a countdown to the New Year with special guest presentations (including a namas-day of sapling yoga), swim time, story time, seasonal songs & activities, and snow play (weather dependent)
Winter Break Youth Camp
Come get active with us during your winter break! We will be offering 4 days of tennis themed camp Monday, December 19th – Thursday, December 22nd. Our Tennis camp is designed to accommodate all ages and ability levels. Participate in two hours of lessons with our tennis pros each day and spend your time off the court playing gym games, doing crafts, and swimming in our newly renovated indoor pool. On Friday we will be taking a field trip to The High Desert Museum where we will explore interactive exhibits and participate in messy experiments including transformations of solid to liquid, liquid to gas, and cream into ice cream. Then it’s a countdown to the New Year with gym games, a youth yoga session, youth group fitness sessions, swimming and winter themed crafts. On Friday, December 30th we will be headed to Sun Mountain Fun Center for some bowling, bumper cars, and more at Sun Mountain Fun.
Parents Night Out
Children ages 3 to 10 join us for pizza, gym games, crafts, movies and popcorn from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Pre-registration is required and parents may be off-site with a signed liability waver. Children must be fully potty trained to attend. Cancelations must submitted to firstname.lastname@example.org at least 7 days prior to each registered date in order to receive a refund.
Saplings Class: Ages 5-10, Wednesdays beginning October 7th 2:30-3:15pm in the Mind Body Studio. Designed to help children establish solid roots for a lifetime of yoga, this fun, structured practice teaches children a variety of poses based on Sun Salutations A, B and C while exploring breath work, deep relaxation and visualization techniques to calm their bodies. Each class offers a structured, supportive environment for young yogi’s to begin or advance their yoga practice.
Juniper Class: Ages 10+, Thursdays beginning October 1st 3:30-4:30pm in the Mind Body Studio Based on our Yoga tree class structure, students will explore the traditional Ashtanga style Yoga sequences to strengthen the body and mind; while increasing flexibility, coordination and grace. This practice will help the body become strong and “bounce back” or recover from injuries better.
Kids Yoga classes are free for kids active on an Athletic Club of Bend Membership or $10 per class drop-in fee for non-members.

Mrs. Marcelle's School of Dance
Mrs. Marcelle’s School of Dance offers classes for ages 3 through High School as well as an adult class. We offer several combination classes so dancers have the opportunity to exposed to many types of dance including ballet, tap, hip-hop, lyrical and contemporary.
