Spring Break Multi-Sport Camp

Our spring break Multi-Sport Camp will include a basketball clinic on Monday, tennis activities on
Tuesday, gym games on Wednesday and Thursday, and a field trip to Bouncing Off the Wall on Friday.
We’ll also be swimming each afternoon. Don’t forget to pack a swimsuit and water bottle every day!
There will be an option to buy a camp lunch or you can pack a lunch. AM and PM snacks are provided.

Spring Break Explorer Camp

Spring break Explorer Camp is back! This week will be chalk full of fun activities that are sure to keep
your little one(s) engaged and excited. Crafts, gym games, outdoor time, and swimming are a few of
the activities that will be offered daily. Please send your camper with two snacks and a lunch, or
money for a camp lunch, if they plan to attend a full day. Don’t forget to pack a swimsuit too!

Parents Night Out

Children ages 3 to 10 join us for pizza, gym games, crafts, movies and popcorn from 5:00pm to 8:00pm. Pre-registration is required and parents may be off-site with a signed liability waver. Children must be fully potty trained to attend. Cancelations must submitted to youth@athleticclubofbend.com at least 7 days prior to each registered date in order to receive a refund.

Kids Yoga

Saplings Class:  Ages 5-10, Wednesdays beginning October 7th 2:30-3:15pm in the Mind Body Studio. Designed to help children establish solid roots for a lifetime of yoga, this fun, structured practice teaches children a variety of poses based on Sun Salutations A, B and C while exploring breath work, deep relaxation and visualization techniques to calm their bodies. Each class offers a structured, supportive environment for young yogi’s to begin or advance their yoga practice.  

Juniper Class: Ages 10+, Thursdays beginning October 1st 3:30-4:30pm in the Mind Body Studio Based on our Yoga tree class structure, students will explore the traditional Ashtanga style Yoga sequences to strengthen the body and mind; while increasing flexibility, coordination and grace. This practice will help the body become strong and “bounce back” or recover from injuries better. 

Kids Yoga classes are free for kids active on an Athletic Club of Bend Membership or $10 per class drop-in fee for non-members.

Mrs. Marcelle's School of Dance

Mrs. Marcelle’s School of Dance offers classes for ages 3 through High School as well as an adult class.  We offer several combination classes so dancers have the opportunity to exposed to many types of dance including ballet, tap, hip-hop, lyrical and contemporary.
