Youth Athlete Development

1st - 3rd weeks of July and August

The Youth Athletic Development Program focuses on creating & advancing an athletic
foundation for any & all sports. Over a 3 week span, we will focus on promoting body
awareness, stretching/recovery, speed, agility, strength, hand/eye coordination, proper
running form and much more!

Middle School
Monday/Wednesday/Friday
12:00pm - 1:30pm

Pickle ball court/Courts Building/Yoga Room

High School
Tuesday/Thursday/Friday
12:00pm - 1:30pm
Locations:
Pickle ball court/Courts Building/Yoga Room

Pricing:

Members: $120 for each 3 week session
Non-members: $185 per each 3 week session
