Once the forms have been completed, review our summer brochure and then send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org to request any camp dates you’re interested in.
We will reply back as soon as possible to confirm availability and answer any questions.
If you are not an ACB member, payment is due within 10 days of your child’s camp dates being confirmed. We will send payment instructions at that time.
If you are an ACB member, payment will be charged to your club account during the month(s) in which each camp takes place – unless you request otherwise.
Cancellation & Age Requirements
We require 7 days notice when cancelling camp dates to receive a refund. To cancel or change camp dates, please email email@example.com.
Kindly Note: We have a strict age policy and cannot allow children who are younger than a designated cut-off age (even by a few days) to "register up."
