Train with, Ryan Levering, StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor Level II, for a five-week Kettlebell Training designed to increase strength, build lean muscle and burn fat. Kettlebells are a popular training tool in the fitness industry used to increase functional training and movement. All levels welcome.
Pre-registration required to attend, please register at the Front Desk. Full session cost: $120 members/ $180 non-members.
