A lot of people go to the gym, lift a few weights, move around
to a few machines and expect
to see results. I believe in the science behind proper strength development.
There is more to
lifting weights than just showing up and going through the motions. I can help
individuals break
through current habits and create new habits based on current training
techniques. Motivating
people to reach their potential muscular, endurance, and flexibility goals is
something that
I aim to achieve when working with clients.
