Personal
Accomplishments:
Over 20 years
in the fitness industry has led me down some interesting paths!
To mention a few; Aerobic and power lifting competitions, Group Fitness Master
Trainer and choreographing exercise videos. I am a certified prosthetist, having worked
in the medical field with rehab patients and artificial limbs. My biggest
personal
accomplishment has been my ability to maintain a wonderfully active life while
battling
rheumatoid arthritis.
Hobbies &
Interests:
Downhill
skiing, mountain biking, water skiing and camping. Having wine with girlfriends
and family time with my husband, son and dog make my life complete!
