Certifications: American College of Sports Medicine, ACSM Health/Fitness Instructor since 1995,  Johnny G Spinning Instructor since 2003,  Muscle Activation Techniques, MAT Jumpstart Certified Trainer since 2007,  CPR/AED.


Experience: Private Personal training, Seattle Athletic Club Personal Trainer and Programs Director for 3.5 years, Weyerhaeuser Company Health/Fitness/Recreation Coordinator for 7 years, Athletic Club of Bend Fitness Director since 2006.

Specialties: Weight loss, athletic training, Muscle Activation Techniques
(increasing joint stability and mobility).  I'm a great trainer for women
and men looking to lose weight, increase their core strength or who are just
beginning an exercise program.  I enjoy working with individuals who want to
improve their body composition, strength, dynamic range of motion, speed
and/or agility.  I enjoy working with athletic youngsters and women who are
wanting to gain a competitive advantage especially with the sports of
soccer, running, and/or cycling.  I'm a good fit for someone who wants to
use a mind/body connection in their training.  I'm a good fit for someone
who has a positive attitude and likes to make their athletic training fun!


Interests: Soccer, Traveling Adventures, The Great Outdoors, Teaching and pursuing natural and healthy lifestyle habits.
