I'm a great trainer for women and men looking to lose weight, increase their core strength or who are just beginning an exercise program. I enjoy working with individuals who want to improve their body composition, strength, dynamic range of motion, speed and/or agility. I enjoy working with athletic youngsters and women who are wanting to gain a competitive advantage especially with the sports of soccer, running, and/or cycling.
