Experience:     Physical Education Instructor at private girls school, assistant coach in school programs, group exercise and personal training at Athletic Club of Bend since 2002.

Specialty:         Baby Boomer Women, Triathlon Training and High Intensity training. I like to make training FUN!  There are so many new ways to train with really fun tools and techniques.  I like to mix up workouts with a combination of weights and cardio.

Interests:          Most outdoor related sports, nordic skiing and snowshoeing.
