Enhancement
Personal Motivation to Exercise: I feel, look, sleep and think better. I can’t imagine my life without exercise, movement and sports. Movement is the ultimate HABIT!
Current Fitness Regime: About 3 years ago I began exploring a long-term approach to sports training. I was bored “working out” and I wanted to feel like an athlete again. All my training is designed to help me move and function the way exceptional athletes do. This requires attention to detail that also helps me coach others to do the same. As a coach I must model the behavior I seek in my clients.
Personal Accomplishments: Rode 12 Double Century bike rides, The Death Ride, Climb to Kaiser in 2000. I am one of 13 Z-Health Performance Certified Master Trainers. Home schooling three incredible children! Played #1 singles and Doubles on the U of O Tennis Team.
Hobbies & Interests: Anything that involves skill development through movement, reading, tennis, badminton, basketball.
