The Personal Trainers at ACB offer Workshops for specific workout needs and desired outcomes. Our Workshops are personalized and have low personal trainer to participant ratio so you can get modifications and exercises that are appropriate, while still being part of a group with similar personal training goals and desires. Personal training in a group often has a financial benefit as well, and can cost less than individual personal training.
All of our Workshops have an educational component so you can learn the "why and how" behind the movement patterns that you are performing. The Workshop Programs give you a great chance to interact with a trainer and other members who have similar personal training goals and desires. Therefore, there is excellent coaching and learning opportunities. You are guaranteed to work hard and to learn a lot! Better Body Bootcamp - Join us on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:00am for a women's only workout and learn how to reach your resistance training goals quickly and efficiently. This workshop is designed to increase core strength, muscle tone, balance, and alignment. Class size is kept small to keep the group focused and personal. Participants will learn a wide variety of exercises, as each session is an ever-changing full-body workout. The member drop-in rate is $10 and the women's-only weight room is reserved just for Bootcamp. Functional Intensity Training (FIT) - Functional Intensity Training (FIT) is offered Fridays throughout the month in the all Women's Workout Room. Cost to members is $40/mth ($10 per training session)! Advanced signups are recommended. Come try the workshop out for free the first time. Each class will cover a full body workout and include cardio vascular intervals to increase strength, stamina and the metabolic conversion of fat to lean mass. Questions? High Intensity Training - HIT is a plyometric based classed designed to give athletes a competitive edge or for those who just enjoy a challenging workout. Concentration on technique and alignment in this workshop will help quickly improve stamina, speed, power, strength, agility and reaction time. Class is offered on Tuesday evenings from 6:00pm to 7:00pm and meets on the basketball court. Please come prepared with athletic shoes in good condition and a water bottle. The ACB member drop-in rate is $10 and there is a promotional rate for non-members who commit to an entire month of HIT classes. Multi Sport Training Camp - Multi Sport Training Camp mid-day session is scheduled for Mondays and Wednesdays from 12:00 to 1:00p. A second late afternoon session on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:00pm is also available.
Both sessions are 10 weeks long and include 20 classes with a certified personal trainer, 6 workouts per week, guest speakers and teachers, afternoon supervised swim in the Deschutes River, ACB pro shop discount on one item, personal training program discounts, and many other extras. Add to the program by signing up for weekend long rides*.
Member Payment options: Pre-pay $165 on of before May 7th, or $180 within the first week of camp. Member drop in class rate is $11 per class. Non-member payment options: Pre-pay $199 on or before May 7th, or $210 within the first week of camp. Non-member drop in class rate is $14 per class.
*Add 3 long, instructional bike rides lead by Morri to your session for an additional $30 per person for members, or $35 per person for non-members.

Teambuilding Fitness Workshops - Led by an ACB Certified Personal Trainer, Teambuilding Fitness Workshops are available to all club members.
The workshops are specialized training sessions for groups, such as small corporate events or a fun family retreat. They provide a chance to get a great workout, some serious fun and invaluable teambuilding! An ACB trainer can help you, or your group organizer, design a special program with activities to meet your group needs!

Total Integration - Total intergration with Cory Zeltins is back. This is a core based class with high heart rate interval exercises and plyometrics. This class will take place in the courtyard weather permitting, otherwise in the basketball gym. Classes will be held from 9:30-10:30am on Tuesday and Friday, 4:30-5:30pm on Tuesday and 7:15-8:15am on Thursday. You may sign up in person at the class or contact Cory Zeltins at 322-5859 extension 201. The ACB member drop-in rate is $10, or there is a promotional rate for those who commit to an entire month at twice per week.
Total Integration Summer Camp - Join Cory & Shana on Fridays at 8:30am in the courtyard & check out this killer workout series which Includes both cardio and strength
elements using a variety of cutting edge tools and training techniques. Total Integration Summer Camp is designed to strengthen your core, improve your balance, burn fat and make you stronger and leaner. Session dates are from July 9 - Aug 27. Sign up for the 8 week session for only $64 and be guaranteed a spot in the class. Member drop-in rate is $12 per workout.
