The Personal Trainers at ACB offer Specialty Personal Training Programs for specific workout needs and desired outcomes.  Our Specialty Programs are personalized and have a small trainer to participant ratio so you can get modifications and exercises that are appropriate while still being part of a group with similar training goals and desires.  Training in a group often
has a financial benefit as well and can cost less than individual training.

All of our Specialty Programs have an educational component so you can learn the "why and how" behind the movement patterns that you are performing.  The Programs give you a great chance to interact with a trainer and other members who have similar training goals and desires.  Therefore, there is excellent coaching and learning opportunities.  You are guarenteed to work hard and to learn a lot!  All of the Specialty Training Programs have reserved equipment and space, which makes the workout extra enjoyable!  Check back often for updated and new programs added.

Offered thrououghout the year, many of our specialty programs focus on specific workouts and fitness programs.

Total Integration - No program will be scheduled during the summer months.   Look for a Fall Cross Training Class to begin in August.  More details available July 1st.
