4:15pm Group Fitness classes returning September 16th
Booty Barre - Monday 4:15pm-5pm - Miranda
Booty Barre - Tone and strengthen your body in all the right places! This 45 minute workout fuses Barre moves with strengthening equipment while emphasizing proper form and muscle activation.
Barre Fight - Tuesday 4:15pm-5pm - Miranda
Barre Fight - This 45 minute class is a knockout combination of sweat and burn! We alternate between 15 min of heart pumping plyokick followed by 10 minutes of lean booty and ab sculpting barre.
Plyo Kick - Wednesday 4:15pm-5pm - Amanda Nelson
Plyo Kick - This is a non-stop, high intensity 45 minute workout fusing plyometrics, kickboxing, and butt kicking barre to hit all those soft spots. A mixture of equipment will be used to keep you challenged. This workout is created to build lean, tight, sculpted muscles while maintaining a challenging cardiovascular pace that burns fat and increases strength and endurance.
Lower Body Conditioning - Thursday 4:15pm-5pm - Mindy Lopez
Lower Body Conditioning - This 45 minute class will focus only on strengthening and building the glutes and lower body with a variety of weighted and non-weighted movements, stimulating change and improvement immediately. Not only geared toward aesthetics, this class will help improve performance and awareness of proper muscle activation long term!
Bliss Dance Workout - Friday 4:15pm-5pm - Amanda Nelson
Bliss Dance Workout - Bliss is a fun, high-energy, music-fueled dance workout that uses all styles of music and dance from hip hop and pop to Latin, funk and jazz. Come and get your dance on! Phenomenal Fun Serious Sweat!!

ACB Youth Mountain Biking program:
Designed for co-ed youth riders, this program will quickly enhance your skills and endurance and get you riding with some great trails and your friends! Meet up every Tuesday and twice a month on Saturday morning. Gear up and hit the trails of Phil’s, Wanoga, Maston, and more ride in a fun supportive environment, come ready to ride, push boundaries and meet new friends. Everyone in the program will need to complete a participant waiver. Program includes 8 Tuesdays and 5 Saturdays.

Experience: Must have previous trail riding experience; comfortable riding uphill and downhill for more than 90 minutes.
Bicycles: Generally most XC / Trail / All-Mountain Mountain Bikes with gears and 26″ Wheels or larger work for these rides. No singlespeeds, coaster brakes, BMX or Cyclocross bikes.
Bring a snack, water, proper riding gear, helmet and clothing for trail-riding

Yoga Flow Basics Workshop -

Learn the names of basic forms of the postures of Vinyasa Flow Yoga. Learn how to prop for the advance postures. Discover "your flow" that is supportive, strengthening and healthy for your body in vinyasa.
Power Flow Yoga
Build warmth and push boundaries. This is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. Build internal heat, increase stamina, strength, and flexibility, while reducing stress. Designed for all levels, flow sequence and music will vary with teachers.
Refine your body composition, improve your strength, build your endurance, and push boundaries in this fitness-based vinyasa style class using small hand weights. This is a total body workout, non-stop flow class that involves cardio, yoga and weight-lifting all in 60 minutes. Designed for all levels, flow sequence and music will vary with teachers.
INSANITY - Instructor Certification Course
Sunday, September 29th
INSANITY - Total body workout, no weights or equipment needed, it's your body weight and intervals. The class uses a program based on a fitness method called "max interval training."

Tai Chi Tuesday & Thursday 10:30-11:45am
This low impact, moderate intensity class uses strength and alignment exercises to improve balance, coordination and flexibility. Join us in shallow water for balancing poses and muscle toning exercises using the resistance of the water and equipment followed by a full body stretching routine. Water shoes recommended.
