Power Yoga Flow
Build warmth and push boundaries. This is a fitness-based vinyasa practice. Build internal heat, increase stamina, strength, and flexibility, while reducing stress. Designed for all levels, flow sequence and music will vary with teachers.
New class time for Monday and Friday Yoga Flow 6:30am start time for the months of July and August
Youth Mountain Biking
Open to all skill levels for youth 10-15 years of age
Tuesday 9:30am-12pm and two Saturdays a month 9am-11:30am

Tuesday and Thursday 4pm-5pm is going strong through the summer! This class allows parents to enjoy their own group fitness classes at the same time! Many options include yoga, cardio or strength classes. Check out the schedule HERE!
All Explorer Camp (ages 3 - 6) and Youth Camp (ages 6 - 12) sessions are SOLD OUT, but you can try "standing by" for any dates that you're interested in. To do this, please check in with camp staff at least 15 minutes prior to the start of camp and notify them that you're interested in any spots that might become available. If we there are last minute cancellations or no-shows we will accept additional kids into camp on a first come, first serve basis.
