A group workout designed for postpartum women that also entertains and engages the little ones while in their strollers.  Workouts include a variety of strength, balance, core and cardio intervals with light to high intensity exercise options to challenge mom. 

Pre-register at the Front Desk.  Free for Athletic Club of Bend members.  

Non-members can pre-pay the full 6 sessions for $30 (3 weeks each month, 2 classes a week) or drop in for $7.50 each class.  Please bring your receipt from the front desk with you to class.
