Train with, Ryan Levering, StrongFirst Kettlebell Instructor Level II, for a five-week Kettlebell Training designed to increase strength, build lean muscle and burn fat. Kettlebells are a popular training tool in the fitness industry used to increase functional training and movement. Must test into this workshop.
