GROUP EXERCISE
Experience smart, challenging classes taught by some of
Bend’s most talented instructors.
At the Athletic Club of Bend we offer a wide variety of group exercise
classes from cutting edge to traditional taught by our experienced, dynamic and
creative staff.
With over 90 classes to choose from weekly, we're sure
you'll find one to enjoy! Check
out our weekly class schedules for:
Cardio/Strength/Conditioning, Yoga & Pilates, Indoor Cycling, and
Senior Fitness.
We currently offer classes in three separate studios: our
Group Exercise studio, the Stretch Center, and the Cycling Studio so take note
which studio the class will be held in.

Our schedules do change monthly so take a moment to get
the most current information!
