Front Desk Supervisor

The Athletic Club of Bend is seeking qualified applicants for a Front Desk Supervisor. The ideal applicant will have the following job experience and skills:

  • Customer service experience, preferably in a membership setting

  • Management experience: hiring, supervising and scheduling staff

  • Receptionist experience

  • Strong communication skills

  • Organizational skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to work well in a team setting and independently

  • Office skills and computer proficiency

  • First Aid/CPR certification preferred

 The Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for training and supervising staff and maintaining a high level of customer service at the front desk.  Additionally, the front desk supervisor will work front desk shifts, and provide coverage for the front desk team as needed.  Manager on Duty shifts required, as needed. 

The position will be approximately 30 hours per week, with the potential for more hours. Monday to Friday daytime availability required, with occasional shifts during weekend and evening hours.
