Dan Packman

Licensed Massage Therapist. LMT # 21532

Dan graduated from Sage School of Massage in June 2015 and immediately began working as soigneur for a professional cycling team, massaging 4-6 riders each day at several major races including the week-long Tour of Utah, the Cascade Classic and the 2-week Tour of Qinghai Lake in China. Dan listens and is sensitive to each client to understand their unique needs in order to provide the most effective massage. An experienced athlete and software quality engineer, Dan strives to find the cause of soreness beyond treating the symptoms. Dan applies an integrated bodywork approach to resolve muscle and soft tissue issues at their source. He understands that an over-used or injured muscle can cause soreness elsewhere in the kinetic chain, affect posture and create compensation patterns.

Dan regularly attends continuing education courses and is working towards becoming Certified in Advanced Myofascial Techniques.

Dan has been there. He relates to the need for Relaxation, Recovery and Rejuvenation. A 30-hour workout week, preparing for or recovering from a challenging event, a stressful 100+ hour work week, and progressing past an injury. A Masters NationalU.S. cross-country ski Champion and World Masters cross-country ski medalist, he is also a two-time Oregon State Cycling Champion.

Dan strives to empower every client to feel, perform and be their best.
