New training group in partnership with lululemon

Tuesdays at 12:00pm at the Athletic Club of Bend

Starts April 10th

Join Ryan Levering every Tuesday at noon for a fun new running training group, inviting all levels! This group will help prepare you for your next running adventure. There is a short and long run option each training session. Included in the running training we will focus on yoga, hill repeats, tempo training, some body weight strength training and other training tips and techniques. Open to Athletic Club of Bend members and guests. Remember to make your reservations in childcare.

Lululemon will host a Runners High Happy Hour every last Tuesday of the month. Join us for our first happy hour April 24th at 5:30pm.
