Tuesdays at 12:00pm at the Athletic Club of Bend

Catch Your Stride-a local community running group for everyone. Join Ryan Levering, certified trainer/coach with the Athletic Club of Bend. Meet up for expert guidance on running form, techniques and a great community run outside. The 2nd Tuesday of every month, plan to work on running specifics, form, drills, hill repeats and more.

Each Tuesday after the run at 1:15pm Rebecca Bell will lead the group through an athletic specific Yoga Recharge Flow class. This 30 minute yoga/stretch class will gently lengthen and reset your body and muscles, safely cooling down after your training, be it cardio or strength and recharge your full body and help improve recovery.

Catch Your Stride is a community running group open to Athletic Club of Bend members, guest and all other community members. Remember to call the Club to make childcare reservations or bring the stroller with you.

The last Tuesday of every month join Catch Your Stride at lululemon for Runner’s High Happy Hour at 5:30pm at the local Bend lululemon store in the Old Mill. Each Runner’s High will highlight a group lead activity from yoga, foam rolling or other active movement for about 30 minutes then hang out for a local guest presenter to learn more about body care and sports performance.
