All Exercise Classes are 50 minutes long unless specified; the Warm Pool or Lap Pool may be closed during scheduled classes.
FIT FOR PREGNANCY
Expectant Mothers look forward to attending this class for the exercise value as well as for the relationships and health benefits. This is a moderate to low impact class that will get your heart rate up, your muscles conditioned and prepare your body for the birth of your baby.
FOREVER FIT
Enjoy this high-energy, fun water exercise class. It’s a perfect way to enhance your flexibility and range of motion. Use the water’s natural buoyancy for support while utilizing special equipment for added resistance, better muscle tone and improved aerobic conditioning. Taught in the warm pool and in the lap pool (2 lanes).
LIQUID MOTION
Exercise to lively music in LM it encourages strength, and conditioning using the natural buoyancy of the water as support and special equipment for added resistance. A terrific way to improve your range of motion, flexibility and muscle tone. Liquid Motion is suitable for most fitness levels. No swimming skills are needed. Taught in the warm pool and in the lap pool (2 lanes).
FLUID MOVES
This is a non-impact exercise class developed by the Arthritis Foundation that provides soothing exercises to improve range of motion, flexibility, and balance while offering a wonderful support group. Fluid moves are also appropriate for anyone looking for a low impact exercise while rehabilitation from an injury. Taught in the warm pool.
FLUID MOVES ENDURANCE
This class provides the same full body range of motion as the regular fluid moves while walking for a full 50 minutes. Taught in the indoor warm pool.
CARDIO EXPRESS
It’s energizing, powerful, uplifting and fun. Extremely effective for burning calories and toning muscles. The ultimate aerobic aquatic workout. Taught in the lap pool (2 Lanes).
20/20/20
This class has a little of everything to help reach your fitness goals and transition into your evening. Starting with 20 minutes of cardio to get your heart rate up, followed by 20 minutes of strenght training. Class ends with 20 minutes of Ai Chi to stretch out and relax the body. Ai Chi is a program similar to Tai Chi but done in the water. Taught in both the warm pool and lap pool indoors, this class is 60 minutes long.
MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS GROUP (MS)
A wonderful support group that meets once each week for water exercise. This is a non-fee class open to the public and non-public to service those with MS by providing a non-impact workout and a great support group (Warm Pool and 2 lanes in Lap Pool).
H2O TRAINING
Cross train in the water for peak performance! Challenge yourself with skills and drills in a different environment. This is a motivating and powerful workout to enhance total body conditioning. (Spring, Summer & Fall taught in the Outdoor Pool)
MASTER’S SWIM
Fitness and fun are the highlights in the class designed for adults. The program is structured to meet the needs of all levels of swimmers and provides a great avenue for fitness, competition, or just improving your stroke. Our Masters Coach will be present to assist you with your stroke. Taught in the lap pool (4 Lanes).
SWIM TEAM
Is for the swimmer at the intermediate level or higher. Swimmers must be able to swim two lengths of both the crawl stroke and the backstroke. This is a low-key non-competitive program designed for those who want to improve their swimming endurance, swimming skills and have fun. This hour-long program will be devoted to stroke technique and improving your child’s physical endurance in a fun atmosphere.
