Aqua Lite-Stretch & Tone

This low impact, moderate intensity class uses strength and alignment exercises to improve balance, coordination and flexibility. Join us in shallow water for balancing poses and muscle toning exercises using the resistance of the water and equipment followed by a full body stretching routine. Water shoes recommended.
