Administrative Assistant/membership services

The Athletic Club of Bend is seeking qualified applicants for an Administrative Assistant in our Administration office. The ideal applicant will have the following job experience and skills:

  • Customer service, preferably in a membership setting

  • Strong communication skills

  • Organized and detail oriented

  • Administrative assistant experience

  • Office skills & computer proficiency in Word/Excel

  • Data entry experience

  • Accounting knowledge and basic banking skills

  • The ability to work well in a team setting and independently

  • Newsletter and basic social media experience preferred

The position will be approximately 35-40 hours per week. Monday to Friday daytime availability required.
