Our Group Fitness program offers over 100 exciting and dynamic classes each week designed for every fitness level. From Cardio, Strength, Cycle, Yoga, Pilates and Water Exercise it’s easy to find a class to fit your interest and schedule.

NEW YOUTH CLASSES!
At the Athletic Club of Bend it’s important to us that kids stay fit too, so we’ve added special classes just for them. They’ll have fun while being active with our new classes including; Jammin’ Kids, a hip new dance-fitness class for ages 7-14, Peaceful Warriors Yoga for ages 6 – 10 and Young Ninja’s Yoga for ages 11+. Class information and registration forms are located at the front desk.

SMALL GROUP TRAINING: YOGA WORKSHOPS & INTENSIVES:
Heart to Heart Partner Yoga
Friday, Feb. 14th
5:30PM - 7PM
This Yin based class will take members through a playful journey of supported yoga as they deepen their asanas through their partner’s body weight, support and breath. Class will end with wine and handmade truffles from Scanlon’s. All duos welcome (spouse, friend, date). More information
On the Wall ~ Yoga for Athletes

Let the wall support you in this deep stretch class. Have fun and feel good using a variety of props as we explore familiar stretches in a whole new way. Whether you ski, snowboard, run or a fitness enthusiast; this class will better equip the body to deal with your athletic pursuits in a safe, therapeutic and healthy way. All levels welcome. PILATES REFORMER TRAINING:
Personal Training uses specialized equipment; the reformer, tower,
chair, ladder barrel and arc. Our experienced and knowledgeable
instructors will educate you on proper technique and form and create
personalized programming that brings awareness to your body and
alignment to successfully achieve your individual goals.
