Our Group Fitness program offers over 100 exciting and dynamic classes each week designed for every fitness level.  From Cardio, Strength, Cycle, Yoga, Pilates and Water Exercise it’s easy to find a class to fit your interest and schedule.

YOUTH CLASSES
At the Athletic Club of Bend it’s important to us that kids stay fit too. ,Stay tuned for upcoming classes and offerings.

We like to have fun and work hard in Group Fitness!  Join us for these upcoming special classes and events.

NEW! OUTDOOR RIDES:
Head out on the road or trail with Ann and Fred. Receive safety & bike tips, riding instruction and a great workout at the same time! Rides meet in the front of ACB. Bring your own bike, water & helmet!  Pre-registration required.  Contact the front desk for more information.
  • Mountain Bike Group Trail Rides (Beg—Inter) : Tuesday’s at 9:30 - 11:00am
  • Outdoor Fast Pace Group Road Ride: Wednesday’s at 5:30 - 7:00pm
