Our Group Fitness program offers over 100 exciting and dynamic classes each week designed for every fitness level.  From Cardio, Strength, Cycle, Yoga, Pilates and Water Exercise it’s easy to find a class to fit your interest and schedule.

NEW YOUTH CLASSES!
At the Athletic Club of Bend it’s important to us that kids stay fit too, so we’ve added special classes just for them.  They’ll have fun while being active with our new classes including; Peaceful Warriors Yoga for ages 5 – 10 and Young Ninja’s Yoga for ages 11+.  Class information and registration forms are located at the front desk.

PILATES REFORMER TRAINING:
