GROUP FITNESS EVENTS, WORKSHOPS & LECTURES:
- Suspension and Restorative Yoga Intensive – Sat. Dec. 7th from 10:45AM - 12:45PM. Together they blend the use of a traction system and the extensive use of props. This enhances muscle tone, encourages alignment, soothes the nervous system, calms the mind and increases circulaton. This combination of suspension and restoration relieves muscular tension, quiets the mind and allows the body to efficiently use its healing capacity.
Nicole Williams has over 25 years teaching experience, including 15 years of yoga to students of all abilites. She teaches a therapeutic style that balances and unites body and mind. Come get inspired to explore,
celebrate and reflect.
- Kettlebell Workshop - Dec. 2nd - 30th. Monday - Wednesday at 5:30PM. Improve your performance. Get lean. Get strong. $80 for members; $120 for non-members. Sign up at the front desk. 2014 workshops start Jan. 6th.
