All our Licensed Massage Therapists are Trained in:

Swedish Massage - Using firm but gentle pressure to improve circulation, ease muscle aches, tension and to create relaxation.

Deep Tissue Massage - Can focus on realigning deeper layers of muscles and connective tissue. Especially helpful for chronically tense and contracted areas such as stiff necks, low back tightness and sore shoulders.

Sports Massage - Can help athletes prepare their bodies for optimal performance, recover after an event or function well during training. The massage is also beneficial to people with injuries, chronic pain or restricted range of motion.

Thai Massage - Transforms the body to a more flexible, relaxed, lighter and less painful being by an application of pressure on energy lines through a variety of unique stretching movements. The client wears loose, stretch clothing, and remains passive as the practitioner kneads the body with hands, feet, knees and elbows.
